Understanding our medicine return and exchange guidelines.
KHL Pvt. Ltd. strives to deliver highest quality medicines and personal care items. Due to the medical and sterile nature of our products, returns and exchanges are governed under strict regulations:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is different from your ordered SKU, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@khlpharma.com with photos of the package. We will issue a replacement or store credit.
- Non-Returnable: Opened liquids, unsealed tablet bottles, or general cosmetic items cannot be returned due to safety and health hygiene regulations.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled online before they are dispatched from our warehouse hubs. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
